Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointments run smoothly and time is respected, a deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Any cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you need to reschedule and give more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once.

Please understand that late cancellations and no-shows mean that time cannot be filled and directly affect my business. This policy is in place to protect my time and allow fairness for all clients.
